STEP 1

Raw Material

Imported high end steel using EU/US/Japan standards. Incoming quality control.
STEP 2

Turning

Turning with steel bar feeder with a material length of 4m and diameters between 5-50mm.

STEP 3

Milling

Precise milling using robot cell, with Poka Yoke system with laser marking etc.

STEP 4

Thermal deburring

High heat, high pressure deburring using advanced imported equipment.

STEP 5

Surface treatment

In-house induction heat treatment in robot cell, outsourced chrome plating, carburizing and etc

STEP 6

Quality Inspection

Detailed supplier quality inspection before the spools are moved to final processing.

STEP 7

Grinding

Final grinding to tolerance using imported Lidköping centreless grinding equipment.

STEP 8

Ultrasonic

4 stage washing using ultrasound equipment with special washing agent and 1 micron filter.

STEP 9

Packing

Visual control and endoscope check for long holes. Spools are packed in VCI material, boxed and shipped.
